Mrs. Lupold: Counselor

Hello! My name is Ann Lupold. I am so fortunate to be your school counselor. It is my privilege to serve the students of Cesar Chavez! I believe in that our students should be supported socially and, emotionally while encouraging their academic growth. I have been in elementary education for over 25 years!. I believe my role as school counselor is to help each student reach their full potential as a student while thinking about their future. Professionally, my goal is to help students with growth mindset, social skills, and healthy interpersonal relationships while presenting them with career and college goals. I am very excited to witness our students’ blossom into citizens of their community.

Mrs. Guerrero

This is my 8th year as an elementary school counselor and my first year at Cesar Chavez Elementary. I grew up in Arkadelphia, Arkansas as the youngest of 6 children. I earned my bachelor's degree from BYU and my master's from UTA. Outside of my work life, I love to spend time with my family, play board/card games, dance, read, and do yard work. My husband and I have 3 children and just recently added a son-in-law who fits in perfectly.

I believe that building healthy relationships is a foundational key to success. And, I am dedicated to working with students, parents, staff, and community members to see the “whole child” as we help students with their social, emotional, and academic needs.

This will be my 20th year as a librarian in FWISD. My husband and teenage daughter are never surprised by my reading initiatives. I enjoy traveling, doing mission work, cycling, running and visiting family. I am extremely excited about being at Cesar Chavez. I cannot wait to meet your student and open their hearts to the Cesar Chavez library.
